Terms Of Cancellation

Customer satisfaction with respect to the quality of goods is our biggest objective. It will be our constant effort to make sure that our customers receive the best quality of goods and your shopping experience with us remains delightful always.

However, if the product doesn’t lives up to your expectation for being faulty, wrongly described or if the product does not do what it is supposed to, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss way forward. We’ll be more than happy to help you out in such a situation. Our goods come with a 30-day money back guarantee along with free delivery in case of an exchange. However, please note that our Return Policy is not absolute one and is governed by certain terms and conditions which have been listed as follows:

  • The subject matter of the policy, i.e. the item, should be returned unused and in its original condition in which it was sent by us, within 30 days of receipt of the shipment by you. In case the defect becomes apparent after it is used, you are requested to preserve its condition and then return it to us.
  • You are required to obtain a return authorization number by contacting a Customer Service Representative at care@kambalwala.com. A reason for the return must accompany your request.
  • Please make sure that the returned item is sent along with all the original documents like user manual, manufacturer’s warranty document (if any) along with the invoice.
  • We may make reasonable deduction(s) from the refund if the returned item is not found in its original condition because of its being damaged or for missing-parts or for any other reason that is not due to error on our side.
  • Our return policy doesn’t entertain goods for return purposes for an item requested for return after 7 days of its receipt by the customer. The item can be shipped for return after 7th day of its receipt, but this clause in no way gives liberty to make the shipment after thirty days have passed since the receipt of the item/goods. Users are thus requested to intimate about the fault within 7 days of the receipt of the good to avail the provisions of this policy.
  • The policy will cover the item only if the product is damaged, defective or is not as per the description given on our listed item. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You are required to clearly specify the reason for your dissatisfaction. In case of any conflict, decision of satcapindia shall be final.
  • The returned item should be accompanied by all the relevant documents like the user manual or any other proof of purchase while it’s returned back to us.
  • Our first effort will be to Replace/ Exchange the product itself. The money will be returned only if we are unable to redress your problem/concern through replacement or exchange.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/model numbers will not be replaced/refunded.
  • Acceptance or rejection of Refund/Return Request made on the ground that the buyer has ordered incorrect goods or by mistake will remain subject to our discretion.
  • Please note that the buyer himself has to make arrangements for shipment of the returns.
  • Right to procure replaced goods or refund will remain subject to the receipt of original item by us. You will be notified about the receipt of the goods as soon as it is received by us.
  • We will not be responsible for damage or loss of item dispatched by the buyer while the goods were in transit.
  • Please provide atleast one valid ‘Proof of Purchase’ like an invoice or warrantee card while returning the good back to us.
  • Please note that the buyer himself has to make arrangements for shipment of the returns. If you are returning a product that was received damaged, or shipped in error, we will reimburse you the cost incurred in shipping the product back to us.

Request Processing:

Once you have notified us of your request to return the good(s), we’ll send you an e-mail that will provide you a complete detail of the process that will follow.

The returned product will have to undergo a quality check and only if it satisfies the norms as laid down in this return policy, we’ll process your request further. However, if our assessment reveals any contradiction with the aforesaid terms, we’ll return the product back to you.

In case of refund, the mode of refund will remain same in which the payment for goods was made. However in case of cash on delivery, we may choose to refund using other modes such as bank transfer.

It will take us around 7 days to process your request after the item has been received by us.

Reservation of Rights:

satcapindia reserves its right to accept/not to accept the returned item if any of the above condition is not met while returning the goods. satcapindia also reserves the right to cancel or modify aforesaid policy without prior intimation and each time the user accesses this website, the new/modified policy will govern its usage.
